Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are running on a 7-10 business day processing and shipping time. This does not include weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. Once your order has left California, another notification will be sent that your order has been completed.  

Processing time is in addition to shipping time. Most customers receive their package in no more than 5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CARRIER

Artizan Boutik orders are shipped Mondays to Fridays from California, USA to all International areas of delivery via DHL EXPRESS OR FEDEX. We try our best to ship as quickly as possible. However, because our products are handmade and not mass produced, occasional delays are inevitable. Our customer care team is quick to update you and always available to answer any additional questions you might have regarding the shipment of your order.  We can be reached at info@artizanboutik.com.

THIRD PARTY RELATED MATTERS

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays once packages are in the possession of DHLor Fedex. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery due to unplanned delays such as weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays. If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded. Please note that packages returned to sender due to inability to sign or retrieve from DHLor Fedex will result in additional shipping charges. Also note, that it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Our international customers are responsible for all taxes and/or duties imposed by their country’s government. If your order is subject to these charges, they will not appear on your Artizan Boutik invoice, but will be presented by the shipping company upon your receipt of your package.

Customs duty and import tax are specific to your country. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
